Avocado Dessert
Now I only eat avocados like this! Different, creamy and easy to make! Delicious avocado dessert, very easy to make.
Ingredients:
– 2 avocados
– 14oz / 400g of sour cream
– 20oz / 595g of condensed milk
– 1 lemon
– 0.45oz / 12g of unflavored gelatin
How to make:
1 – Peel and remove the pit of 2 avocados
2 – Cut into strips and then into cubes
3 – Add the sliced avocados to the blender
4 – add 400g. (2 boxes) of sour cream, 595g. (1 and 1/2 box) of condensed milk and juice of 1 lemon.
5 – Beat well
6 – Add a 12g sachet. of unflavored gelatin already dissolved. Follow package directions for dilution. And knock again.
7 – Pass oil in a form of your preference.
8 – Pour the mixture in the mold and put it to freeze in the fridge for 3 hours or until it gets very hard.
Your avocado dessert is now ready and delicious. Help yourself!
