Banana Pancakes
2 bananas and 2 eggs! Irresistible recipe for breakfast in just 10 minutes
Ingredients:
– 2 bananas
– 2 eggs
– 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
– oil
– cinnamon powder to taste
How to prepare:
1 – Peel and mash 2 bananas until they turn into a puree
2 – In a bowl, add 2 eggs and mix well
3 – Add the bananas, and mix again
4 – Now put the 4 tablespoons of oats and mix well
5 – In the frying pan, add a thread of oil, and put the mixture
6 – Turn to fry on both sides
7 – Sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste.
If you prefer, decorate with banana slices on top.
