– 1/2 papaya
– 2 bananas
– 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
– 1 tablespoon of oats in fine flakes

How to prepare:
1 – Remove all the seeds from the papaya, peel, cut into cubes, and then set aside
2 – Peel 2 bananas and cut them into slices
3 – In the blender, add the papaya, banana, 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal in fine flakes, 1 tablespoon of organic honey, and 1/2 cup of filtered water.
