Blender Cheesecake
How about that yummy cake to accompany a good coffee? You will love this creamy and delicious cheesecake cake recipe.
Ingredients:
– 4 eggs – 200ml of milk – 200ml of coconut milk – 1 full cup of wheat flour – 1 cup of sugar tea – 50g of grated Parmesan cheese or grated mozzarella – 50g of grated coconut – 2 tablespoons of butter – 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast.
How to make:
1 – In the blender, add 4 eggs, 200 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of sugar and beat well for 3 minutes, until the mixture is very homogeneous.
2 – After mixing well, add 50g. shredded coconut, 200ml. of coconut milk (1 bottle), 50g of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of wheat flour tea. Beat again until all the ingredients are well mixed.
3 – Put 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast and stir with a spoon or whisk.
4 – Grease an aluminum mold (indicated size 30x22cm) with wheat flour.
5 – Add the cake mix to the pan.
6 – Place in the preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes.
7 – Wait for it to cool before cutting.
