Blender Creamy Chicken Pie
You will be surprised by this delicious creamy chicken pie from a blender, super stuffed and really very creamy, delicious!
Ingredients:
FILLING: – 1 kg of chicken breast – Olive oil – 1 onion – 4 garlic cloves – 1 tomato – 1 can of corn – 1/2 tablespoon oregano – 1/2 tablespoon pepperoni flakes – 1 tablespoon of coloral soup – 1/2 cup of chopped olives tea – 250ml of water – 200g. cream cheese – salt and pepper to taste
DOUGH: – 2 cups of milk tea – 3 eggs – 1 cup of oil – 25g. of grated parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup of cornstarch – 2 cups of unleavened wheat flour tea – 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder – oregano and salt to taste.
How to make:
1 – Cook and shred 1kg. of chicken breast and reserve.
2 – In the pan, add oil, 1 chopped onion, 4 minced garlic cloves and brown well.
3 – Add 1 chopped tomato and saute.
4 – Add 1 can of corn without water, 1/2 tablespoon of oregano, 1/2 tablespoon of pepperoni flakes, black pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon of paprika and mix well.
5 – Add the shredded chicken, 1/2 cup of sliced olives, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 250ml of water, saute, but do not let it dry out too much.
6 – Now add 1 cup of cream cheese (200g.), mix well and set aside.
7 – In a blender, add 2 cups of milk, 3 eggs, 1 cup of oil, 25g. of grated Parmesan cheese, salt to taste and beat well for 3 minutes.
8 – After mixing well, add 1/2 cup of cornstarch and gradually add and beat, 2 cups of wheat flour. Beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
9 – With the very homogeneous mass, add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder and mix with a spoon.
10 – Pour half of the dough in a greased and floured shape (size 20x30cm) and then immediately pour the chicken and spread it over the shape.
11 – Cover the chicken with the rest of the dough, add oregano to taste.
12 – Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes, or until the desired point is reached.
