Shaped Bread Pastry
Delicious bread pastel in a quick and very practical way to make.
Ingredients:
– 12 loaves of bread without skin – 1 tomato cut into slices – 150g. of mozzarella – 100g. of ham – salt and oregano to taste – 1 and ½ cups of wheat flour tea – 4 whole eggs – 1 and ½ cups of breadcrumbs tea – black pepper to taste.
How to make:
1 – Separate 12 slices of bread without the edge.
2 – Knead the slices well with a rolling pin or a glass bottle.
3 – On the slice of bread, place a slice of tomato and salt to taste, add ham, mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste, be careful not to leave the stuffing outside the slice of bread.
4 – Use a brush and wet the entire side of the slice of bread a little.
5 – Close by placing another slice of bread. Pinch the sides together with your fingers or a fork.
6 – It's time to bread. Pass first in the wheat factory, then in the scrambled egg and finally in the wheat flour, remembering to always remove the excess.
7 – Fry with very hot oil. until golden.
