Bread Stuffed with Omelet
Make this delicious bread stuffed with omelet for your snack to be even tastier.
Ingredients:
– 5 French breads – 4 eggs – 4 tablespoons of cream – parsley and chives to taste – 1 clove of garlic – 50g. of sliced olives – black pepper to taste – oregano to taste – salt to taste – 100g. of mozzarella – 50g. ham – grated parmesan cheese to taste.
How to make:
1 – In a container, add 4 eggs, and beat well.
2 – Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream, parsley and chives to taste, 1 clove of minced garlic, 50g of sliced olives, a pinch of black pepper, oregano and salt to taste. Mix well.
3 – Add 100g. of mozzarella, cut into strips and 50g. ham cut into strips. Mix well and set aside.
4 – Take a French bread and remove the central part of it, leaving it as if it were a boat.
5 – Stuff the bread with the omelet, and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
6 – Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy the pieces you took from the buns, add oil and oregano and put it to bake with the buns, they will turn into delicious toast.
