Ingredients:
– 400g of broccoli- 400g of cauliflower- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt- 4 tablespoons of milk- 1 onion- 1/2 yellow pepper- 1 tomato- 4 eggs- 6 tablespoons of oil- 1 cup of wheat flour- 2 cups of milk- parsley, chives and oregano to taste- 300g of mozzarella
How to make:
1 – Start by cutting the broccoli and cauliflower into pieces, remove the stems.2 – Pour the broccoli and cauliflower in a pan, add half a tablespoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of milk and water until covered, mix well and let it cook for 15 minutes, until they are very soft.3 – Drain and pour the broccoli and cauliflower into a refractory and add a chopped onion, half a yellow pepper cut into strips and a tomato cut into cubes.
