Cabbage Omelet
Ingredients:
– 300g of cabbage – 4 eggs – 1 tablespoon of sour cream – 1 tablespoon of butter – 150g of mozzarella cheese – Tomato Sauce – pepperoni sausage – salt, pepper and oregano to taste
How to make:
1 – Cut 300 grams of cabbage into strips
2 – Pour the cabbage into a bowl and add boiling water to cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
3 – In a container, add 4 eggs, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, salt and pepper from the reuni to taste and mix well until smooth.
4 – In the frying pan, put 1 tablespoon of butter and wait for it to melt
5 – Add the cabbage and egg mixture and mix well, add the mozzarella on top, cover the skillet and let it cook for 10 minutes.
6 – With the help of a plate, turn the omelet on the other side, add tomato sauce to taste, mozzarella and some slices of pepperoni sausage. Finish by covering with mozzarella.
7 – Let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
