Cannelloni made with pastry dough
Cannelloni in a different way, made with pastel dough. Fast and very tasty.
Ingredients:
– olive oil to taste – 1 chopped onion – 3 cloves of chopped garlic – 400g. tomato sauce – parsley and chives to taste – black pepper to taste – oregano to taste – salt to taste – 1 roll of 400g pastry dough. – 8 slices of ham – 8 slices of mozzarella – 200g. cream cheese – grated parmesan cheese to taste
How to make:
1 – In a pan, add olive oil to taste, 1 chopped onion and 3 minced garlic cloves. Saute and leave until golden.
2 – Add 400g of tomato sauce, parsley and chives to taste, a pinch of black pepper, oregano and salt to taste. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Reserve
3 – Open the pastry dough and place 2 slices of ham on top and two just below, cut on the side and in the middle. So you don't waste pastry dough.
4 – On top of the ham, add cream cheese, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
5 – Roll the dough like a roulade.
6 – Pour the sauce into a refractory, add the cannelloni and cover with the rest of the sauce.
7 – Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese.
8 – Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
