Carrot cake with chocolate icing
You'll never go wrong again to make a delicious carrot cake with chocolate icing. Super cute, quick and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
– 3 eggs – 2 carrots – 1 cup of milk – 1 cup of oil – 2 cups of sugar – 3 cups of wheat flour – 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder – 200 g of 50% chocolate – 1 box of cream (200 g)
How to make:
1 – In the blender add 3 eggs and 2 carrots cut into pieces, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of oil, 2 cups of sugar and beat well for 3 minutes.
2 – add the mixture in a container and add 3 cups of sifted wheat flour. Mix well until smooth.
3 – add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder and mix well again.
4 – Pour the cake mixture into an already greased and floured tin and put it to bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes or until it is golden brown.
5 – In a water bath, melt 200 grams of 50% chocolate with 1 box of cream.
6 – Pour the hot chocolate syrup over the cake and spread.
