– 2 large English potatoes – 60g. of bacon – 1 cup of breadcrumbs – 50g. of grated parmesan cheese – parsley, chives and black pepper to taste – 1 tablespoon of salt – 100g. diced mozzarella cheese – oregano to taste
How to make:
1 – Cook 2 large English potatoes well, cut into pieces.
2 – Mash the potatoes well until they become a puree and set aside.
3 – In a pan, add 60 grams of finely chopped bacon, turn on medium heat and fry. No need to add oil.
4 – In the puree that we left aside, add the bacon,
5 – 1 cup of breadcrumbs,
6 – 1 packet of 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese,
7 – Add parsley and chives, black pepper, and salt to taste.
8 – Mix well with your hands, until it becomes a very homogeneous mass.
9 – Divide the dough so that the dumplings are the same size.
10 – Take a piece of the dough and make a ball, knead the ball and put the stuffing (mozzarella and oregano) and close the ball well so that the stuffing does not come out.
11 – Dip the dumplings in the breadcrumbs and remove the excess.
12 – Fry in very hot oil, the ideal is that the oil covers the dumplings.
13 – Remove and place on a plate with paper towel to remove excess oil.
