Chicken Omelet

Ingredients:
– 1 chicken breast
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 1 tomato
– 4 eggs
– 1 tablespoon wheat flour
– 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese
– 1 tablespoon parsley and chives
– Mozzarella cheese to taste
– salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
How to prepare:
1 – Cut the chicken breast into small cubes
2 – In the pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and with the help of a brush, spread it well.
3 – Add the chicken and let it fry until golden.
4 – In a bowl, add 4 eggs, salt and black pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of parsley and chives.
5 – Mix well
6 – Add the mixture to the chicken
7 – Cut 1 tomato into slices and add to the chicken
8 – Cover with grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano to taste.
9 – Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
