Iced coconut on the platter
Delicious frozen coconut dessert on the platter. Practical dessert, made with few ingredients and easy to make.
Ingredients:
– 1 box. of sour cream – 1 box. of condensed milk – 200 ml. of coconut milk – 150 ml of milk – 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin – 150 g. shredded coconut
How to make:
1 – In the blender, add 1 box of condensed milk, 1 box of cream, 1 bottle of coconut milk (200ml) and 150ml of milk, beat well until the mixture is very homogeneous.
2 – Dissolve 1 sachets of unflavored gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water, mix well and microwave for 30 seconds.
3 – Add the gelatin to the blender and blend again.
4 – Pour the mixture into a refractory of your choice, cover with plastic film and take it to freeze for 4 hours in the fridge.
5 – Finally, sprinkle grated coconut.
