Creamy Chicken Fricassee

Learn to make a delicious super stuffed creamy chicken fricassee. This follow-up is a success on any occasion.

Ingredients:

– 2 chicken breasts – 250ml. of the chicken cooking water – olive oil – 1 onion – 3 garlic cloves – 2 tomatoes – oregano, paprika and salt to taste – 150g. of sliced olives – parsley and chives – 1 can of corn – 1 cx. of cream – 1 cup of curd – 250g. grated mozzarella – 60g. potato straw

How to make:

1 – Reserve 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts. Also separate 250ml of the chicken cooking water.

2 – In a pan add olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves and let it brown.

3 – Add 2 chopped tomatoes and let it sauté.

4 – Add the shredded chicken, add oregano, paprika, 150g of sliced olives and parsley and chives to taste, mix well and set aside.

5 – In the blender, add the chicken cooking water (250 ml), 1 can of corn, 1 box of cream and 1 cup of cream cheese, beat well until it turns into a cream.

6 – Add the mixture to the chicken. salt to taste and mix well, cover and let it sauté for 8 minutes.

7 – Place in a refractory, place on top of grated mozzarella and cover with potato straw.

8 – Gratine in the oven for 25 minutes, just to melt the cheese.
