Creamy chicken with potatoes
This is the tastiest chicken breast and potatoes I have ever eaten! Simple, cheap, and very juicy!
Ingredients:
– 17 oz./500g of chicken breast
– 2 potatoes
– 1 onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 tomato
– 7 oz./200g sour cream
– salt, paprika, and oregano to taste
– chives to taste
How to prepare:
1 – Cut the chicken breast into cubes
2 – cut 2 potatoes into cubes and set aside
3 – In the pan, add a thread of olive oil, 1 chopped onion, and 2 chopped garlic cloves, let it brown
4 – Now add the chicken and potatoes
5 – Season with salt, paprika, and oregano to taste and mix well.
6 – Cover the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes
7 – Add 1 chopped tomato and mix
8 – Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
9 – Add 7 oz./200g. of cream and mix well
10 – Cover the pan again and let it simmer for 8 minutes on low heat.
Our creamy chicken and potatoes meal is ready to finish, add chives to taste.
