Creamy Corn Pudding
Creamy, different, and melt-in-your-mouth corn pudding. Easy recipe for you.
Ingredients:
– 2 cans (400g. / 14oz.) of green corn
– 500ml / 16 fl.oz of milk
– 395g. / 14oz. of condensed milk
– 1 sachet (12g. / 0.4oz.) of unflavored gelatin
– 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence
– cinnamon powder to taste
How to prepare
1 – In the blender add 400g. / 14oz. of corn, 395g. / 14oz. of condensed milk and 500ml / 16 fl.oz. of milk, beat well for 3 minutes.
2 – Dissolve a 12g unflavored gelatin sachet. in 5 tablespoons of water, place in the microwave for 15 seconds and add to the blender.
3 – Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence and beat again.
4 – Grease a mold of your choice with oil and pour the mixture
5 – Put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
6 – If you prefer, finish covering with condensed milk.
Your corn pudding is ready and delicious.
