Creamy Chicken Fillet in the Oven with Potatoes and Onions – Quick and Easy!

Ingredients:
– 3 potatoes – 1 onion – 5 chicken fillets – 200g of sour cream – 2 spoons of mayonnaise – olive oil – salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika to taste
How to make:
1 – Peel 3 potatoes and cut into pieces, place them in a refractory, add oil, salt and mix well.
2 – Cut 1 onion in slices and add it over the potatoes.
3 – Now add the chicken fillets over the onion.
4 – Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika to taste. Spread the seasonings over the chicken.
5 – In a container add 1 box of cream and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth.
6 – Pour the sauce over the chicken, and spread it well with the help of a spoon.
7 – Place in preheated fire at 200° for 45 minutes.
