Creamy Lemon Pudding
Creamy lemon pudding, very refreshing and super quick to make.
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of milk tea – 2 bags or boxes of lemon flavored gelatin – 1 box of cream – 1 box of condensed milk.
How to make:
1 – In a pan add 2 cups of milk tea, turn on the fire and let it boil.
2 – When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add 2 packages of lemon flavored gelatin and mix well, until it dissolves well.
3 – In the blender, pour the gelatin, 1 box of cream and 1 box of condensed milk. Beat well for 3 minutes or until the mixture is very homogeneous.
4 – Grease a mold with a little oil and pour the mixture.
5 – Put it to freeze in the fridge for 4 hours, or until it gets very hard.
6 – Disinform and sprinkle lemon zest.
