Delicious dessert with only 2 ingredients
Amazing how this delicious dessert with only 2 ingredients is so delicious. Economical and very easy to do.
Ingredients:
– 3 packages of flavored gelatin to your taste (75 g) – 400g of cream (02 boxes of 200g)
Optional: 2 tablespoons sugar and pineapple chunks.
How to make:
1 – In the blender, add 75g. of pineapple gelatin powder (or the flavor of your choice), 400ml. of hot water and beat well.
2 – Still in the blender, add 400g. of cream (2 boxes), optional, put 2 spoons of sugar, beat well.
3 – Pour in a shape, already greased with oil so the gelatin doesn't stick.
4 – Put it in the fridge for 4 hours, until it gets very hard.
5 – Unmold and decorate with pineapple pieces (optional).
