Dessert of the Gods

Have you ever had the dessert of the Gods? Delicious and very creamy. This pudding or manjar recipe is an easy classic to make and always a hit.

Ingredients:

– 3 cups of milk (600ml / 20 fl.oz.)
– 395g / 14 oz. of condensed milk
– 200g / 7 oz. of sour cream
– 2 tablespoons of corn starch
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Caramel syrup

– 1 cup of sugar
– 1/2 cup of water

How to prepare:

1 – In a pan add the 3 cups of milk, the condensed milk, and the heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.

2 – Leave it on high heat and keep stirring until it thickens and becomes a cream texture.

3 – Add the cream while still hot in an ovenware and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.

4 – Let’s make the caramel syrup, in the pan add 1 cup of sugar

5 – turn on medium heat and let the sugar melt, until it turns caramel

6 – gradually add 1/2 cup of water and stir continuously until smooth.

7 – let the syrup cool down completely at room temperature.

8 – add the cooled syrup over the dessert, spread the syrup moving the dish with your hands.

Your dessert of the Gods is ready and delicious. Simple and easy to do.
