Pineapple Ice Cream – Economic Dessert
Delicious iced pineapple dessert, great for cooling off on hot days. Quick, economical and very easy to make dessert.
Ingredients:
– 1 pineapple – 1/2 cup of sugar – 700 ml. of water – 2 sachets of pineapple gelatin – 1/2 cx. of condensed milk – 2 cx. of sour cream
How to make:
1 – In a pan, add 1 chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup of sugar and 700ml of water, turn on the fire and let it boil.
2 – After boiling, wait 10 minutes, turn off the heat and add 2 sachets of pineapple gelatin and mix well until dissolved.
3 – Also add 1/2 box of condensed milk and 2 boxes of cream, mix well. Let cool for 10 minutes.
4 – Pour in a refractory, cover with plastic pvc film and put it to freeze for 4 hours, until it gets very hard.
Your pineapple ice cream is ready. Help yourself!
