Chicken fillet fried in butter with milk
Ingredients:
– 500g chicken fillet – 3 cloves of garlic – 3 tablespoons of butter – 200ml of milk – 1/2 cup of wheat flour – 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs – black pepper, oregano and salt to taste – olive oil
How to make:
1 – Soften the chicken fillets with a kitchen mallet, to make them softer and more flavorful.
2 – in a container add the chicken, 3 cloves of garlic, a pinch of black pepper, oregano and salt to taste, add a drizzle of olive oil and mix well with your hands.
3 – Mix in a plate 1/2 cup of wheat flour with 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, pass the fillets in the flour to coat them.
4 – In the skillet add 3 tablespoons of butter and wait for it to melt.
5 – Fry the chicken fillets in butter and let them brown on both sides.
6 – Add 1 cup of milk (200ml) and mix well.
7 – Cover the skillet and let it cook for 15 minutes.
