Cheese cake
Fluffy cheesecake, you don't even need a blender or mixer, very simple and quick to make.
Ingredients:
– 3 whole eggs – 1 and 1/2 of a cup of sugar – 150 ml of oil – 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese – 1 cup of corn starch – 500 ml of milk – 1 and 1/2 of a cup of tea of unleavened wheat flour – 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
How to make:
1 – In a serving dish, add 3 eggs, 1 and a half cups of sugar and 150 ml of oil, mix well.
2 – Add 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of cornstarch and mix well again.
3 – Now add 500 ml of milk and stir again.
4 – Gradually add 1 and a half cups of wheat flour, mix well until it is very homogeneous, after that add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder and mix.
5- Pour the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape and put it in the preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
6 – Let it cool down to misinform.
