Simple stuffed gelatin and very easy to make. This dessert despite being simple is a hit, the whole family will love it.

Ingredients:

– 2 sachets of colorless gelatin – 130 ml of water – 2 boxes of gelatin of the flavor of your choice – 1 can of condensed milk – 1 box of cream – 200 ml of coconut milk / or milk

How to make:

1 – Dissolve 2 packets of unflavored gelatin in 130ml. of water and put it in the microwave for 15 seconds.

2 – In the blender, add 1 box of condensed milk, 1 box of cream, 200ml. of coconut milk (1 bottle) and beat well.

3 – Now add the unflavored gelatin and beat again.

4 – Grease a pudding mold with oil, or a mold of your choice and pour the gelatin filling into the mold.

5 – Put it to freeze for 3 hours in the fridge.

6 – Boil 250ml. of water and add 2 sachets of gelatin with the flavor of your choice, mix well until dissolved.

7 – Add 250ml. of ice water, mix well and let it cool.

8 – Carefully loosen the filling from the mold, use a spatula.

9 – Add the gelatin little by little, until it sinks to the bottom of the mold and the filling is floating.

10 – Put it to freeze for 4 hours in the fridge.
