Ham and Cheese Salt

I was surprised how easy it is to make this ham and cheese snack. You can also vary the stuffing, chicken, corn, it's up to your taste. Quick and practical recipe for you to make.

Ingredients:

– 1 roll of 500g pastry dough – 400g of mozzarella – 300g of ham – 1 cup of whole milk tea – 2 beaten eggs – Salt (to taste) – Black pepper (to taste) – 2 cups of flour tea breadcrumbs – 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

How to make:

1 – Open the pastry dough and at the end, place a slice of mozzarella, another of ham and another of mozzarella.

2 – Add oregano to taste.

3 – Roll the dough again, squeezing it well.

4 – Cut the burrs with a knife and set aside.

5 – Prepare the scrambled eggs, add 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste, stir well and set aside.

6 – On another plate, place two cups of breadcrumbs and 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, mix well.

7 – Pass the salty first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.

8 – Fry with very hot oil, let it brown until the desired point.

9 – Remove and place to drain with paper towel.
