Stuffed Potatoes with Ham and Cheese
Simple and easy to make, this ham and cheese stuffed potato recipe is delicious. You can prepare it as a snack, appetizer, side dish or as a main course!
Ingredients:
– 4 potatoes – 1 cx. of cream – 150 g of ham – 150 g of mozzarella – 1 tomato – 30 g of sliced olives – parsley to taste – black pepper to taste – turmeric to taste – oregano to taste – salt to taste – 50 g parmesan cheese, shredded
How to make:
1 – Separate the potatoes and peel only the top part, where we will put the stuffing. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, and let them cool.
2 – Use a small spoon to open a hole in the potato, carefully remove it to form a bowl. book the potatoes.
3 – In a container, mash the potato that was removed, until it becomes a puree.
4 – Add 1 box of cream, 150g. sliced ham, 150g. of mozzarella, cut into cubes, 1 chopped tomato, 30g. of sliced olives, parsley to taste, black pepper, saffron, oregano and salt to taste. Mix well.
5 – Place the stuffing inside the potatoes and sprinkle lint-free Parmesan cheese.
6 – Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
