Roasted Stuffed Hamburger
Delicious stuffed and baked hamburger snack.
Ingredients:
Dough: 125ml of milk 125ml of water 10g of dry yeast 1 level tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of oil 600G. of wheat flour
Filling: 6 hamburgers of your choice 100g. of ham 100g. cheese 1 tomato 1/2 cup sliced olives oregano to taste.
How to make:
1 – Fry or bake 6 burgers of your choice, and set aside.
2 – In a serving dish, add 125ml of milk, 125ml of water, 10g of dry yeast and mix well.
3 – Soon after, add 1 level tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of oil and mix well again.
5 – Slowly pour in 600g of wheat flour, pour it gradually and keep stirring until the dough starts to come off the container.
5 – Sprinkle a little flour on the table and place the dough, knead the dough with your hands until it is homogeneous and does not stick to your hands anymore.
6 – Make balls with the dough approximately 80g, knead to put the hamburger, half a slice of ham, half a slice of cheese, half a slice of tomato, sliced olives and oregano to taste.
7 – Close the dough well so that the stuffing does not come out.
8 – Put it in a shape, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
9 – Brush the pastries with egg yolk, sprinkle with oregano and place in the oven preheated to 180° for 30 minutes, or until golden.
