Ingredients:

– 3 apples – 2 cups of milk – 1/2 cup of sugar – 1/4 cup corn starch – 1 spoon of butter – 1 spoon of sugar – cinnamon powder to taste – mint (optional)

How to make:

1 – Remove the seeds from 2 apples and cut into cubes

2 – Take the chopped apples in the blender and add 2 cups of milk (480ml). Beat well for 3 minutes

3 – Sift the mixture and put it in a pan, add half a cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch (Maizena).

4 – Turn on medium heat and stir non-stop until the mixture thickens slightly.

5 – Add the mixture while still hot in the glasses and let it freeze for 2 hours.

6 – For the topping, in a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 apple without the skin and cut into cubes, 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Let it cook for 10 minutes, until the apple is golden.

7 – Now just put the caramelized apples on top.

8 – To finish, you can decorate with mint, but it's optional.
