How to make creamy penne pasta

This creamy pasta is an explosion of flavor and simplicity. With a rich sauce, made with cream and cheese, it is so delicious that everyone will ask for the recipe. Get ready for a meal that conquers palates and leaves everyone satisfied!

Ingredients:

– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of oil
– 2 cups of penne pasta
– Olive oil
– 1 chopped onion
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of oregano
– 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– 3 tablespoons of water
– 5 tablespoons of milk
– 400 grams of heavy cream
– 200 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 teaspoon of butter

Instructions:

Start by adding hot water to a pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil to the hot water and mix.

Add 2 cups of penne pasta to the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, in another pot, add a drizzle of olive oil and heat it over medium heat.

Add 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the pot with olive oil and sauté until golden.

Add 4 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pot and mix well.

Season with 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Mix again.

Add 3 tablespoons of water and 5 tablespoons of milk to the mixture in the pot.

Next, add 400 grams of heavy cream, 200 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1 teaspoon of butter. Mix all the ingredients well until you have a creamy sauce.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce in the other pot. Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally to allow the pasta to absorb the sauce.

Your creamy pasta is ready! Serve it hot.
