Iced Nest Milk Cake
Ice cream nest milk cake delight. Easy to make, moist and super stuffed blender cake.
Ingredients:
CAKE DOUGH: – 4 eggs – 1 cup of sugar tea – 1 cup of milk tea – 2 cups of wheat flour tea – half a tablespoon of vanilla essence – 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
CAKE CAKE: – 1 cup of milk tea – 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
NEST MILK FILLING: – 1 box of condensed milk – 100g of unsalted butter – 1 box of cream – 2 cups of powdered milk tea
How to make:
1 – In the blender, add 4 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk and beat well.
2 – Still in the blender, add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence and beat well again, until very homogeneous.
3 – Add 1 tablespoon of yeast, stir well with a spoon or whisk.
4 – Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape.
5 – Place in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or until golden.
6 – For the syrup, in a container, place 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, mix well and set aside.
7 – For the filling, place in a container, 1 box of condensed milk, 100g. of unsalted butter, 1 box of heavy cream and 2 cups of powdered milk (nest milk).
8 – Beat well with the mixer, until it's very homogeneous.
9 – Cover with PVC film and place to freeze in the fridge for 1 hour.
10 – Remove the dough from the oven and wait for it to cool.
11 – With the dough already cold, cut it in half.
12 – Wet the dough with the broth, then add half of the stuffing.
13 – Cover with the other half of the cake dough, make holes with a toothpick or fork, throw the rest of the broth and cover with the rest of the filling.
14 – Sprinkle with nest milk and put it to freeze for 4 hours in the fridge.
