Creamiest sensation pudding in the world
Delicious strawberry chocolate pudding, quick and very simple to make.
Ingredients:
– 2 box. of sour cream – 2 box. of condensed milk – 1 cup of powdered chocolate – 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin – 130 ml. of water – 200 ml. of hot water – 2 sachets of strawberry gelatin
How to make:
1 – In the blender add: 1 box of cream, 1 box of condensed milk and 1 cup of powdered chocolate tea, beat well.
2 – Hydrate 2 sachets of 12 grams of unflavored gelatin, just put the gelatins in a container, put 130 ml of water and mix well, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
3 – Add the gelatin to the blender and blend again.
4 – Unite the shape of your preference with oil, and add the chocolate gelatin, put it to freeze for 2 hours or until it gets very hard.
5 – Next step is to make the second layer, strawberry flavor, in the blender add: 200 ml of hot water, 2 bags of strawberry flavor gelatin and beat well.
6 – Now add 1 can of condensed milk and 1 box of cream, beat well until smooth.
7 – Pour the strawberry layer on top of the chocolate layer and put it in the fridge for 4 hours so that both layers are very firm.
