Seasoned Bread
Transform your sliced bread with this amazing garlic seasoning recipe
Ingredients:
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1 egg
– 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and chives
– 1 teaspoon of calabrian pepper
– Salt to taste
– 4 tablespoons of water
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– Bread of your choice
How to prepare:
Start by chopping 3 cloves of garlic and add them to a container.
Next, add 1 egg and mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and chives, 1 teaspoon of calabrian pepper, salt to taste, and 4 tablespoons of water. Mix everything well.
In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter.
Dip the bread in the mixture and add it to the pan.
Add a little of the mixture on top of the bread and let it brown on both sides.
Serve and enjoy your seasoned bread!
Here are some additional suggestions for this recipe:
Try adding other seasonings such as oregano, basil or fresh herbs of your choice to give more flavor to the recipe.
For an additional touch of flavor, you can also add grated cheese on top of the bread while it’s in the pan.
For a vegetarian version, swap the butter for vegetable oil.
For a vegan version, swap the egg for a mixture of water and flaxseed flour (1 tablespoon of water to 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour)
Serve the seasoned bread with a sauce of your choice, such as tomato sauce or seasoned mayo.
