Tapioca Lanchão with Cheese
Delicious snack for breakfast or afternoon, tapioca lanchão with cheese. Simple and quick recipe.
Ingredients:
– 2 whole eggs – 2 tablespoons of grated cheese – 2 tablespoons of curd – 8 tablespoons of tapioca starch – 2 tablespoons of sliced mozzarella – salt and oregano to taste
How to make:
1 – In a container, add 2 eggs and beat well with the help of a whisk or fork.
2 – Add 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of curd and mix well.
3 – Add 8 tablespoons of tapioca gum and stir again.
4 – Add 2 tablespoons of sliced mozzarella and a pinch of salt and oregano. mix well again.
5 – In the frying pan, add 2 very full shells, spread and let it brown on both sides. If desired, fold in half.
