Ingredients:

– 3 tomatoes – 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, – 2 eggs, – 1 tablespoon of butter, – 200 g of mozzarella cheese, – parsley, chives and oregano to taste – black pepper and salt to taste.

How to make:

1 – cut all the tomatoes into thick slices, about the thickness of a finger.

2 – With the help of a spoon remove all the brains and seeds. Reserve.

3 – Finely chop all the brains and pour into a container.

4 – Add parsley and chives, black pepper and salt to taste, also add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and 2 eggs. mix everything very well.

5 – In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and spread.

6 – Place the tomato slices and fill with our mixture. Also the pan and leave it on low heat for 10 minutes and turn when it's golden.

7 – Cover with grated mozzarella cheese and oregano, cover the pan again and wait for the cheese to melt.
