Paçoca Mousse
Delicious paçoca mousse, made in the potty. Great option for sale too.
Ingredients:
– 1 sachet of 12g of unflavored gelatin – 5 tablespoons of water – 250ml. of milk – 1/2 cup of sugar – 200g. of sour cream – 12 cork paçocas
How to make:
1 – Hydrate a 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin, add 5 tablespoons of water, mix well and microwave for 30 seconds.
2 – In the blender, add the unflavored gelatin, 250ml. of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 box of cream and 12 corks, beat well for 3 minutes, until the mixture is very homogeneous.
3 – Pour the mousse into the jars of your choice
4 – Put it to freeze in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
5 – Finally, crumble some paçocas and sprinkle on top.
